A small concealed pistol can fit inside this safethis is good for a quick buy however if you have a handgun with extra clips, I wouldn't recommend this at all. gun plus a extra clip however 2 or more clips or more than 1 gun with a extra clip there's no storage room for at all. this is small compact easy to store easy to set a code, open close, its great for a cheat and low volume shortage but I would not recommend for a longer term use. once I get a bigger safe ill use this for passports and money but I dont see myself using it for weapon safe after my next buyHad to pry openWhen I bought this case I thought it was just a little lock box,Because I was going to have surgery and I wanted to lock my items up while I was under the anesthesia.But upon receiving it I realized it was a gun case it is extremely heavy but it got the job done.I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. This is a great product and the size is more appropriate for smaller to medium guns. For $20 this is heavy duty, more than adequate to keep young children out and away the pew pews, well made and a perfect fit for my Ruger 9mm & extra magazine. Overall, it's the best pistol safe for the money in my opinion, I will 100% buy another when needed.I have had this for about a week. This morning I put in the combination just like I had the following week, turned the dial and...nothing. It won't open. I tried it again several times. I have not changed the combination. It's just stuck. Won't open.I grabbed a flat head screwdriver, and it opened quite easily. In fact, it opened too easily.So two problems with this unit. First, the quality is garbage and the lock will eventually get stuck. Second, it can be opened by a 5 year old by prying it open.Garbage!In the picture it looks big enough but it's too small. Taught was getting a XL more like it I bought it from geek. Cant even fit my firearm in it and much less the clips. This is.made for glock 26 and smallerI had to return two of these. Both were sealed and Amazon was selling them without checking if the insides are alright. The combination pad is broken to the attachment. It cannot be repaired and I had to return both the original and replacement order. Not worth your money if you get it broken. Amazon should check all the inventory of this item. Two on a row defective is awful.
